Private household staff & estate management

The quiet art of a well-run home.

We find the people who make a house feel effortless, and we look after the house itself. Discreetly, personally, one household at a time.

Your home, looked after.

For second homes and estates, we become the eyes, hands and memory of the house while you are away.

  • Property oversightRegular visits and written reports, so nothing surprises you.
  • Vendor coordinationWe find, brief and manage the cleaners, gardeners, pool crews and tradespeople.
  • Pre-arrival preparationThe house aired and stocked, with flowers on the table, before you or your guests arrive.
  • Seasons and maintenanceWe keep the calendar for the roof, the heating and cooling, and storm season.
  • Security coordinationWe work with licensed providers. We never provide armed protection ourselves.

How an introduction comes together.

  1. 01

    We listen.

A private conversation about your home, your family and the person you imagine. We write the brief together, and nothing leaves the room without your say.

  2. 02

    We search, quietly.

We look within our own network first. Every candidate is interviewed in person and their references are checked before you hear a name.

  3. 03

    You meet a few.

A short list, never a stack of resumes. We arrange meetings and trial days around your schedule.

  4. 04

    We stay close.

We help with the offer, then check in over the first few weeks, with you and with them.

Questions, answered.

Private families who want exceptional help running a home, or several. We take on a limited number of households so each is looked after personally.

Placement fees depend on the role and are agreed in writing before any introduction. Estate care is a monthly fee based on the property and the work involved. No two homes are the same, so we do not publish rates.

For now, you employ the people we introduce and we handle the search. Household employment carries tax and legal duties, and we will point you to specialists who handle them well.

No. We do not provide armed or executive protection. When a household needs it, we coordinate with licensed providers.
